Admissions from Classes I to X .

ELIGIBILITY - For admissions. All dates as per June 1st 2022 , Age criteria – as on June 2022

  • Pre KG – 2.5 years to 3.4 years
  • LKG  – 3.5 years to 4.4 years
  • UKG  – 4.5 years to 5.4 years
  • Grade 1 – 5.5 years to 6.4 years
  • Grade 2  – 6.5 years to 7.4 years
  • Grade 3  – 7.5 years to 8.4 years
  • Grade 4  –  8.5 years to 9.4 years
  • Grade 5  – 9.5 years to 10.4 years
  • Grade 6  –  10.5 years to 11.4 years
  • Grade 7  – 11.5 years to 12.4 years
  • Grade 8  – 12.5 years to 13.4 years
  • Grade 9  – 13.5 years to 14.4 years
  • Grade 10  – 14.5 years to 15.4 years

Documents to be bought at the time of submission of the application form

For classes I to X std

If the child is from a school within the State
    • Transfer Certificate from the school previously attended and counter signed by BEO ( at the time of admissions)
 
    • Caste / Category Certificate ( If applicable)
 
    • Birth Certificate of the child.
 
    • Address Proof of both the parents ( Passport/Aadhar Card/Voters Id/ Electricity/Gas/Water/Phone bill)
 
    • ID of both the parents ( Passport/Aadhar Card/Voters Id)
 
    • Medical Certificate of the child.
 
    • Report Card.
 
  • Baptism certificate and Parish Priest letter of the child (Roman Catholics)


For Classes I to X std

If the child is from any other state,
    • Report Card
 
    • Transfer Certificate from the school previously attended and counter signed by BEO and DDPI (at the time of admissions)
 
    • School DISE Number and students Enrollment number has to be specified in the TC
 
    • Caste / Category Certificate (If applicable)
 
    • Birth Certificate of the child.
 
    • Address Proof of both the parents ( Passport/Aadhar Card/Voters Id/ Electricity/Gas/Water/Phone bill)
 
    • ID of both the parents ( Passport/Aadhar Card/Voters Id)
 
    • Medical Certificate of the child.
    • Baptism certificate and Parish Priest letter of the child. (Roman Catholics)
 
 

Note

  1. Candidates whose application is selected will be informed about the interaction date.
  2. Candidates who fail to attend the interaction on the given date will not be entertained and the application will be rejected.
  3. Admission to a class is based on the age eligibility based on state government.
  4. Candidates who are selected for the interaction will be announced on the notice board.
  5. Application will not be received after the last date of submission.
  6. The final list of the selected candidates after the interaction will be announced on the notice board.
  7. Original documents to be bought at the time of interview (if selected) along with a set of photocopies of the documents
  8. Both Parents are to attend the interaction with the child.
  9. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  10. Admission of a child or rejection is completely at the discretion of the School management.
  11. Please do consider applying in other schools as well. Applying for admission does not gaurantee anyone confirmation of the seat.
